Please Catalans, learn English

In my next posting, once again I will try to convince all Catalans about the importance of learning languages, especially English.
Today, I just want to illustrate it with a couple of examples. I will leave the politics for the weekend.

I have just felt profoundly moved by listening Franco honoring the Shakespeare language.
Great!

LOL!
You know I agree with you and you know I also promote the learning of English in the comarca of Tarragonés.

I agree with you, Ian. I'm supporting a 'trilingual' academic scheme for Catalonia, with Catalan as a main language and English and Spanish playing a consistent role.

English should be an essential tool for Catalans in order to project ourselves to the world.

Catalonia... Europe... The World!

I've seen the Franco broadcast before, but Mr Bean has a better accent if less vocabluary.

The Casares town council hired an 'English speaking' administrativa this year to deal with the 25% of the population who speak English, but not Andaluz. I can't understand a word she says. Perhaps all the expats should write to ZP to have English as a co-official language in Andalucía?
